Sarev was assigned commander of a clandestine listening post on Onderon. When a rebel cell invaded the outpost, she sealed her team into the control center and slipped beneath the flooring into a tunnel system.

Sarev was killed by the rebels while being chased in an AT-ST on her way to the comm array to warn the Galactic Empire.
